Earlier in the week, Apple released macOS Catalina. But if you’re using Photoshop or Lightroom CC on your Mac, you may want to put the upgrade on hold. Adobe users have reported numerous problems with Photoshop and Lightroom after upgrading the system. And Adobe itself has confirmed that these two programs still aren’t compatible with the latest macOS.
Adobe pointed out on Help pages of both Photoshop and Lightroom that these two pieces of software don’t work well with macOS 10.15 (Catalina) just yet. In other words, you can use them, but they have a range of compatibility issues.
Lightroom Classic 8.4.1 can’t detect Nikon cameras when the camera is turned on after invoking the “Start Tether Capture…” command. There is a workaround though: you can turn the camera on first, and then select File > Tethered Capture > Start Tether Capture. Adobe notes that it’s working with Nikon to correct this problem.
When it comes to Photoshop, there are more issues users are facing. Photoshop 20.0.6 and later versions work with macOS Catalina, but with a number of hiccups. As for legacy/perpetual versions of Photoshop, Adobe writes that they are “not supported in any way for use on macOS Catalina.”
If you use Photoshop 20.0.6 and later and upgrade your system, here are the issues you might expect:
*File naming options don’t work correctly in the Save As dialog: when you change the file format, it doesn’t change the extension of the file in the name field. Also, when you check “as a copy,” “copy” isn’t added to the file name. If you’ve upgraded the system, you can work around this problem and add the name extensions manually.
*Plug-ins not found or cannot be verified: Adobe explains that, in macOS Catalina, plug-ins that are quarantined will return a Photoshop error that “the file was not found.” Alternatively, you’ll see an OS error that says that the plug-in “can’t be opened because its integrity cannot be verified.”
“Customers that have plug-ins already installed and then update to macOS 10.15 should not see this issue,” Adobe writes. “Customers that upgrade to macOS 10.15 and then try to download and install a plug-in may see failures.”
*Render Video starts but never completes: When you select File > Export > Render Video… the process never completes.
*Droplets don’t work: they launch but don’t run
*Apple color picker causes a crash: If you select Preferences > General… and set Color Picker to “Apple,” the second time you open the color picker, Photoshop will crash.
*ExtendScript Toolkit does not run
*Lens Profile Creator does not run
If you still haven’t upgraded your system to macOS Catalina –good, wait a bit more until the issues are resolved. And if you have, there are workarounds to some of the issues you are experiencing. Ancient Maps
The Ancient Treasure maps are from the pre-order DLC, the rest can be found around in the game.
You will need the following (at least):* A spade. Just keep the one you get at the start of the game. If you lose it anyways, then you can buy a new one at a blacksmith.*Lockpicks.
If you are trying to solve a map, know this:* Things aren’t to scale on the map, some rivers are small on the treasure map but huge on the real map.* It might be upside down or mirrored so always check if it has a direction as hint.

Belladonna Farm Location
Below you see the exact location of the farm. Be warned though, it is guarded generally by three bandits who attack on sight. They’re armed in various state of chainmail armors. Once beaten, you have access to around fiftyish Belladonna and a bunch of mint and comfrey.
This location respawns as well, so it can be repeated.
How to Get Money for lockpicks at the Talmberg at the beginning of the game
1. Get in the room with the locked chest, which you need to open to get the armor.
2. There are numerous containers with arrows and other stuff that you can steal.
3. Steal these items and then wait some time until the “red hand” in the inventory on the icons of those items dissapear.
4. Go to the trader and sell those items for exchange of the lockpicks.
5. Save the game before lockpicking the chest with armor.

Just go to the Character’s location shown on the screenshot, but be careful these weapons and armour will quickly take the fun out of the combat since you´ll one shot everything.

How to Brew Saviour Schnapps (Save Potion)
Follow these simple steps;
Things you will need:1x Nettle2x BelladonnaAlchemy Station
1) Go to an Alchemy station and read the book to the right Go to the potions section in the book and the first potion will be Saviour Schnapps – the words will be mixed up until you have learned how to read.
2) Click on ‘Prepare’ on the first potion to add the ingredients to the alchemy shelf. Then exit the book.
3) Add wine from the left shelf into the cauldron.
4) Select the Nettles from the right shelf and add it to the cauldron.
5) Select Belladonna and add it the mortar in front of you. Use the pestle next to it to grind up the Belladonna, then add it to the dish in front of you. Do this twice.
6) Press Q to use the bellows. Heat up the cauldron until it boils (it will look like little flames in the water)
7) Turn the sand-timer on the right shelf. Wait until the timer is up, then turn it again.
8) Once the second timer has passed, add the ground up Belladonna from the dish.
9) Turn the timer again.
10) When the timer is up, grab a phial from the left hand side and click on the cauldron to pour the mixture in.

*Comfortable haggling: It is essential to get the final offer perk. First, get the Final Offer perk. After selling the items, there is a haggle button in your basket. You can hold the button to bargain the price. Once you start haggling, you can use the final offer perk to maximize the benefits. It will also give 50% discounts while buying stuff.
*Easy archery contests: While shooting your bow, enable crosshair, and then disable your crosshair. The crosshair will help in better aiming and will help in winning more games.
